1. Introduction and Acceptance

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and MyTemple ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and utilization of our e-commerce platform located at mytemple.ae (the "Platform"), including all associated mobile applications, digital interfaces, and ancillary services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing any portion of the Platform, or engaging with our Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all supplementary guidelines incorporated herein by reference. If you do not consent to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of our Services.

We retain the unilateral right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon publication to the Platform. Your continued engagement with our Services following any such modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Definitions

• "User" refers to any individual or juridical entity accessing or utilizing our Services
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a User to access Services
• "Content" encompasses all text, images, data, graphics, videos, and materials displayed on or transmitted through the Platform
• "Transaction" refers to any purchase, sale, or exchange of goods facilitated through our Services
• "Merchant" designates any third-party vendor offering products through our Platform

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements: To establish an account, you must have attained the age of majority (18+), possess full legal capacity, and maintain a valid delivery address within the UAE.

3.2 Registration Process: Account registration requires submission of verified contact information, billing/shipping addresses, and payment method details.

3.3 Account Security Obligations: You bear exclusive responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions

Users are expressly prohibited from uploading defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content, or content that contravenes UAE cultural norms. Platform integrity violations, such as data scraping, manipulating pricing mechanisms, or attempting to circumvent security measures, are strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property embodied in the Platform remains the exclusive property of the Company. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide license to utilize such content.

6. Transactions and Payment Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability confirmation. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for all applicable amounts, including taxes and duties.

7. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address. You must inspect deliveries immediately and report discrepancies within 48 hours.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns are accepted under specific conditions (within 7 calendar days, unused, original packaging). Perishable goods, custom items, and digital downloads are non-returnable. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction or AED 500, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms of Use, infringement of third-party rights, or fraudulent activities.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for material breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
