1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Sale govern all purchase transactions conducted through MyTemple's e-commerce platform located at mytemple.ae (the "Platform"). This Platform is for Pandit Ji Services and the sale of prayer, meditation, and spiritual essentials. By submitting a purchase order through our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehend, and accept these Terms of Sale in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and our company effective immediately upon order placement.

2. Product Offerings

Our Platform specializes exclusively in prayer, meditation, and spiritual essentials, including but not limited to:

• Incense sticks (agarbatti) and dhoop
• Prayer lamps (diya) and oil/ghee for lamps
• Sacred water (Gangajal) and religious offerings
• Loban and traditional purification materials
• Prayer beads (mala), rudraksha, and meditation accessories
• Religious texts, books, and scripture compilations
• Spiritual artifacts, idols, and decorative items
• Puja kits and ceremonial supplies
• Natural essentials for spiritual practices

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance

3.1 Order Submission: When you place an order through our Platform, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms of Sale.

3.2 Order Confirmation: We will confirm acceptance of your order via email/SMS. Order confirmation creates a binding contractual obligation.

3.3 Order Rejection: We may refuse to process orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or bulk purchasing patterns.

3.4 Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. If items become unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or refunds.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of applicable VAT. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.

5. Delivery Terms and Conditions

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. You must inspect packages immediately for visible damage or discrepancies upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the sacred, consumable, and hygiene-sensitive nature of prayer and spiritual items, the majority of products sold through our Platform are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once delivered.

Exceptions to Non-Return Policy include delivery of incorrect products, damaged or defective products, and missing items from the order. Contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery for return authorization.

7. Product Quality and Warranties

We guarantee that all products are sourced from authorized distributors and meet UAE safety and quality regulations. Durable spiritual items carry a limited 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Consumables carry no warranty.

8. Customer Obligations and Representations

You warrant that you are of legal age (18+), provide accurate information, and will use products in accordance with intended spiritual purposes. Commercial resale and fraudulent activities are prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or AED 500 per transaction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or exploit any content without express written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to Dubai Courts.
